Episode 057 - How to Make Agents Mad 101

Appraisal licensing classes are so much fun, but none are quite nearly as exciting as How to Make Agents Mad 101. In that class appraisers learn various techniques to really get under the skin of real estate agents. Wait! There is no such class, but I’m convinced agents think there must be that curriculum in appraisal education.

It certainly may seem like with different values, adjustments, and answers, but we really aren’t trying to make people mad at us. It can be frustrating, but once you understand more about the process, rules, and guidelines, it does make a little more sense. Listen in to hear about the things that made agents mad about appraisers and what they produce.
