When you see it, you will believe it! least, that is my take on this book. Todd Cherches, a talented executive leadership coach and talented author has given all of us a gift. His book called “VisuaLeadership” is one of the best books I have read on communication. Not only is it packed with great ideas on communication, but Todd’s sense of humor also makes reading and learning a lot of fun. Through methods of visualization, Todd shows us how to communicate more effectively with others. What good is a great idea, a thought, a statement if the receiving party does not understand what you are trying to communicate. Todd covers topics like, “what is visual thinking?”, and what is “visual leadership.” Todd is the CEO & Cofounder of BigBlueGumball, an innovative New York City based management consulting firm, specializing in leadership development and executive coaching. If you are serious about learning how to communicate more effectively, this is the read.
