Teachers in crisis: low pay, high vacancies and fears of violence plague back-to-school season

There are more than 55,000 teaching vacancies across the country, leaving school districts scrambling as classes in most states have already started. But what has caused the ongoing crisis?  Pay, fears of violence and more are coming into play.
