This week, Josh and Ryan talk about the Carlyle group dissolving their relationship with the Berry Group, and Nate reads a statement from the Carlyle group.
From the Carlyle group:
"The Berry Group and The Carlyle Group have dissolved their relationship regarding the project to develop a hydrocarbon export terminal on Harbor Island, Corpus Christi, Texas. The Berry Group is now the sole owner of Lone Star Ports, LLC. The Berry Group and Lone Star Ports have indicated that they are actively continuing to develop the Project. Carlyle wishes the Berry Group success with the project."
"The lawsuit against Carlyle... was dismissed."
