It's Canada's 148th birthday this week! Immigrants have always played a very important role in shaping our country, and they continue to do so. This week, 25 immigrants were honoured for their contributions to Canadian Culture. One of them was celebrity chef Vikram Vij, who came to Canada in the late 1980s.
