A new study indicates that what we have for dinner can help make our brain five years younger.

The evidence is substantial that the benefits of eating fish far out weight the risks.  There are some fish that aren’t as safe as others – we’ll tell you which ones.

Our risk of stroke increases if our carotid arteries become blocked.  A study published this week reports that one way of treating this condition is much better than the other approach.
