After graduating from law school and serving as a logistics officer in the military, Chris embarked on a career in family law. Despite early success, he realized the limitations of his salary and the dissatisfaction with his job, leading him to explore real estate investing as a path to financial freedom.
Teaming up with his father, Chris began his real estate journey by acquiring 4 properties in 4 years. However, he soon recognized the need for a smarter approach to investing and ventured into larger multi-unit properties.
In collaboration with his business partner, Colin Schwartz, Chris strategically implemented the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method to scale their portfolio to over 2400 rental units and establish multiple successful businesses.
