Today it was brought to my attention that there is a website that has a copy of Levelator for Windows PC still available to download. As I mentioned in my last episode that I couldn't find a copy from the original website. Said site was no longer available. If you want a copy of The Levelator for Windows PC, then click on the link and grab the latest version to download.

The Levelator is a software that runs on Windows and OS X that adjusts the audio levels within your podcast or other audio file for variations from one speaker to the next, for example. It's not a compressor, normalizer or limiter although it contains all three. It's much more than those tools, and it's much simpler to use. The UI is dirt-simple: Drag-and-drop any WAV or AIFF file onto The Leveler's application window, and a few moments later you'll find a new version which just sounds better.
Then I had the "Vern" from Cinema Recall Podcast come on to discuss his podcasting background, some editing, and of course movies. Please play along with guessing the movie clips. https://www.cinemarecall.net/ https://anchor.fm/cinemarecall
