Deuteronomy 20 Draft Dodging

Just as in more recent history people can get exemptions to avoid being drafted for service during wars, the people are given the exemptions they can claim to avoid the draft. Bone Spurs aren’t mentioned but the other usual suspects are: property owners and industry executives.
