Thanks for listening to another episode of The Women’s Fittest Podcast! This is episode #115 interview with Alix Small IFBB fitness pro.
I really enjoyed this time spent with Alix. She is delightfully positive and as real as they get! It’s always inspiring when one is able to redirect the negative energy of anorexia (or any eating disorder) towards a positive goal like being better in performance and take up earned space.
In the episode Alix talks in particular about the challenges of off-season, bluntly and boldly doing what you gotta do to be better. At 22 years old, her no F’s given mindset coupled with beautiful insight and wisdom is especially respectable. She’s driven and regimented leaving no stone unturned. Look to see her win Portugal in a few months, so she can jump back onto the Olympia stage 2022 with the physiques she’s idolized since her beginnings. Thank you for your time Alix! We wish you everything good!
