A diamond is just a piece of coal under the right amount of pressure. You never know what you’re made of until you’re challenged. There are people and situations that are looking at you like a piece of coal. Your job, family, friends, associations, whoever, they don’t know what to do with you. Just know you have everything in you to be successful. Let them all know including your haters, to bring on the pressure because this is an opportunity to release your brilliance.
