She founder her food blog "Rebel Recipes" in 2015, and last year she released the cookbook "Rebel Recipes: Maximum Flavor, Minimum Fuss", which was inspired by her travels around the world. Her second book is coming out this October 29th and it's called 'Be More Vegan".
