He is a certified trainer with the John Maxwell Team. He is the host of the inspirational and motivational podcast “Go North” and author of two books Going North: Tips & Techniques to Advance Yourself and Stay The Course: The Elite Performers' 7 Secret Keys to Success. 

Dom shares with us the impact and importance of growing up with his commitment to his faith, his love and passion for reading and learning made on his life as a young black man. He was introduced to Toastmasters which galvanized his leadership path and accelerated his ability to help others along their path, “advance others to advance yourself."
