"Fighting words. I have heard in rare cases, if the insults are nasty enough, a judge may throw the whole assault case out."
And then she states
"I see people hang themselves when talking to the police. I've seen police suggest if you don't talk to them, they're going to throw you in jail. How do you deal with the police?"
