Del has post-Thanksgiving blues, or at least recollections and observations about the parade, the meal, the beaching of whales.
Dave recounts a TG tradition with a British couple from Leeds, followed by three stories of thankfulness. He first recommends Mission Joy, a documentary with Archbishop Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama. A friend relates a story of unexpected help from the other side, reminding us we're all people in the end. Finally, a new chapter on the Ukrainian family that found their way to the US.
Del and Dave stump each other on Stump the Buck. Dave flags the 77" of snow in Buffalo while Del stumps Dave on an impending rail strike.
Del also relates his time "riding the rails." Speaking of strikes, Del recounts the time he staged a lay-down strike at the doctor's office. Power to the people.
