Michael Savvides is a South African born Tech-Entrepreneur, and Operational Process + Logistics Advisor. With a background that includes co-founding both ParkUpp and Untapped Space start-up business, one in Property-Technology and the other being an Out of Home media advertising, gaining a significant amount of unique Startup learnings and experience in Africa. Holding a strong passion for building business in the tech space, with a genuine interest focused on the health of the body and more so the mind, which has given rise to his latest Health-Tech startup, Compound Health. 

Having worked for Maersk, a global fortune 500 organization, Michael has had the opportunity to live and work in different countries and cities around the world with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Michael believes in the power of human capital and the bravery that comes in being a mindful leader within tech and operations. As a thought leader influencing within an organization and its people, it is his ambition and bravery that can be felt by the people around him with the intention of encouraging those around him to find their own resiliency to create transformation in the business and their own lives. Michael is the Chapter Director for Startup of Grind West LA, the largest global community of startups.
