For the record, this is something I just started doing recently, so we'll have to see how long it lasts.
I am not recommending in this episode that you also try to wake up earlier, go to bed earlier, etc.
I do recommend that you get a good amount of sleep though.
Anyway, here I am detailing exactly what my life has been like for the past two or three weeks, while I've been waking up at 3:30 or 4:00 every morning.
I think it has been a huge help just from the little time that I've been doing it.
I can't wait to see what kind of results I see for myself in the future physically and mentally if I continue to do this.
