This new edition of Democracy Dialogue of TOUGH talk is a platform for critical-analytical discussions, discourses and dialogues contemporary issues, current affairs and innovative ideas.
This monthly public program is planned to be held on FIRST FRIDAYS of the Nepali month with expertise on specific issue at the national level and some at the subnational level.
