1. The Guardians had Kyle Nelson claimed by the Diamondbacks and Scott Moss by the Phillies. We explain why these claims happened, and what the upside for those players are. We also dig into why I am a bit surprised no one claimed Daniel Johnson.
2. Since the Guardians lost Kyle Nelson we look at the 2017 MLB Draft. The Guardians did not have a first-rounder after signing Edwin Encarnacion. In my Shadow Draft, I had them select Trevor Stephan with the top pick, so I explain why that was the right move and look at what signing Edwin cost them.
