With every advancement in technology, there is the opportunity to use it for the Gospel and the temptation to use it for selfish purposes. Social media is no different. With a third of the world on social media, there is definitely an increased opportunity to be a light of the Gospel but there is an obvious inherent danger as well. One of the biggest dangers of social media is that it has become a fundamental part of the world and is being used to promote a narrative that is contrary to the Gospel. We need to be aware of this and we need to be equipped to not get sucked into being taught what and how to think.
