comin at ya on a sleepy autumnal woden's day eve delivering some thoughts and vibes about that thing we call *stress,* and how best to harness this dangerous but potentially beneficial steed. as a Taoist i have to engage meaningfully with all of Nature's offerings, and we can all agree that stress is a part of life whether we want it to be or not. i do believe that stress can provide a kind of nourishment if handled appropriately; it has to do with flexibility, adaptation, and continuous evolutionary momentum.
