Betty, one of our Ambassadors of Health, in her new program Optimal Attitude, was introduced to this concept through one of her mentors in the National Speakers Association, when she was referred to a TED TALK about this topic.
She also studies this in the field of education, when she worked at a school known for best practices that taught about the power of words and non-verbal body language in learning.
