Paul was placed on trial for three accusations; sedition, sectarianism and sacrilege. This passage records Paul's defense before Felix. Paul clearly demonstrates that he is not guilty of the sins he is accused of, but he is guilty of this one thing: He believes in the resurrection of Christ. Christians today ought to live with the same Christ-like character Paul did while always on mission to draw people's attention to the resurrection of Jesus.
