On 640 undeveloped acres adjacent to Grand Teton National Park, state land known as the “Kelly Parcel” saw its future transform in the past 13 months. It was back in October 2023 when state land managers put the wheels in motion for an open auction. That after years of failed attempts through legislation to arrange a sale.
