On this episode of IMPACT, we had a conversation with the wonderful Dr. Aimie Apigian. Dr. Aimie is a Board Certified Preventative Medicine Physician with a Masters in Biochemistry and Public Health. She is also an author, speaker, and founder of Trauma Healing Accelerated, LLC. The topic of discussion for this week is understanding the complexity behind trauma and how to properly address it in order to heal from it.
There are many factors that play into trauma but many of us don’t know what those factors are, let alone what trauma actually is and how it deeply affects us.
