Andrew O’Baoill is our guest to discuss the young community and college radio movement in Ireland. Andrew is a PhD. student at the Institute of Communications Research at the University of Illinois and in the mid-90s he helped to put on the air one of the first college/community radio stations in Ireland, Flirt FM at the University of Galway.
