I think of us as the masons or the architects devoting our life energy into a cathedral. We won’t get to worship in its final state of completion, but the proof of work from generations before are evident by what was built. I think Svetski is right that it will take roughly 3 generations for Bitcoin adoption to reach saturation. However, I think it will be ubiquitous far before that point. There will be old-guard holdouts with Bitcoin adoption, just like there are with computers and the internet today, but I think they will be in the minority by the end of the generation 2 phase.

It’s humbling to think that we are going to “set the stage for the next generation”. I think the fact that our children’s children will benefit from our endeavours may well be my favourite thing about Bitcoin.

Great show and super important topic…when I think of Bitcoin as a central force, this article, this show and this Host are on the cutting edge of this discussion.. We need more discussion on this and less technical charting…My thoughts have been that Bitcoin would be a continued alternative like Gold, and advancement would continue to add value. Now as I think of my grandkids Gen, I stand proudly with you all as the first Generation……..
