I've been starting to notice lately that one of the most underrated skills to have is the skill to influence others. 

That might sound kind of like something a con-artist or some other man of deceit might say, but think about it, a lot of good can come from knowing how to talk to others, empower others, and influence others. 

So I'm by no means an expert in this area... but I have been absorbing a lot of material about it lately and wanted to start sharing some tips that I've noticed for MYSELF in the real world.
