In this week's Podcast, I interviewed the three men who participated in my inaugural 8-week program for men called FREE-DOM.

As part of my journey, I ran a 2-hour online workshop for around 18 men, translating into an 8-week program. Three men who participated in the 2-hour workshop wanted to extend their knowledge and therefore signed up for the 8-week program.

Over the eight weeks, all three men went on their journey and, whilst doing that learned how to open their hearts, open their minds and trust other men by opening up to traumas and real-life events impacting them emotionally.

It was a tremendous eight-week journey to watch these men grow and flourish as they dug deeper into the limiting beliefs holding them back. All three men have walked away with a new way of thinking and being more open and less judgemental.

It was an honour and a privilege to be on this journey with the three men, and they were gracious enough to use our last catch-up as an interview for this podcast.
