The further away you get from God, the more your life is troubled. The closer you get to God, the more your life is transformed. Have you found this to be true? God never changes...he doesn't move away from us, we are the ones who move away from him only to discover that things are not as we thought. Luke 15:11-24 recounts a parable told my Jesus about a son who wanted to collect his inheritance and go on his way.  He did, and things did not go as he hoped. God loves you. He gave you Jesus and promises you eternal life. That's what spiritual health is all about.
