This case is one that is well known in Australia because it scandalized the headlines in 2014. Some of which read
"Chef killed, dismembered and cooked girlfriend in Teneriffe apartment". Some headlines were even worse, because the murder involved people with alternative lifestyles and the headlines were demeaning.  This is the case of Markus Volke and  Mayang Prasetyo.
