In this series we work with tools you can use to heal yourself. The technique we use is a form of role playing between your node/highest self and your damaged/hurt selves. When we activate our heart energy we are able to heal the hurt parts of us so we can become more sovereign and whole.
In this episode the theme is the nervous system. I go through the basic states that our nervous system operates through and then give phrases that can begin to heal these areas within yourself. The phrases are triggering the parts in you that hold on to these limiting states and you are able to heal them on your own with the frequencies from your heart chakra so you can spend more time in a flow state.
