In this episode, I share a deeply personal testimony about what I now see as the spiritual deception of my New Age, New Thought, kundalini yoga years. I reflect on how ideas like “my truth,” self-deification, divination, and spiritual experimentation shaped my thinking, damaged my discernment, and ultimately affected the people I love most, especially my children. From my perspective today, this journey has required a lot of repentance, humility, and a renewed commitment to following Jesus rather than my own ego.I also talk through my experience becoming a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, the red flags I ignored, and the unsettling moments that pushed me to start questioning the practice more seriously. That search led me into researching Yogi Bhajan, White Tantric Yoga, and the broader cover up culture surrounding Kundalini, and I explain why I eventually walked away. My hope in sharing all of this is simple: not to condemn anyone, but to offer an honest account of where I was, what I overlooked, and why I now believe spiritual discernment matters so much.✝️ Get the 11x LOVE Masterclass for FREE https://djvalerieblove.com/11xlove ~ Join the LOVE Tribe for FREE!https://djvalerieblove.com/community~ Thank You for Supporting the LOVE Mission! https://djvalerieblove.com/donate~ SUBSCRIBE TO THE PODCASTYOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@djvaleriebloveWEBSITE: https://djvalerieblove.com/podcastFOUNTAIN.FM: https://fountain.fm/show/761jhxFiibErm7eZZdltAPPLE: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/dj-valerie-b-love-podcast/id1441540841SPOTIFY: https://open.spotify.com/show/6kZfzFZ3wKmWiljDajrJZ5?si=a9433473b06f464bRSS: https://serve.podhome.fm/rss/4996bcea-e098-5a89-ac63-af7a3df7cb5d~ FOLLOW DJ Valerie X: https://x.com/djvaleriebloveNOSTR: https://primal.net/djvaleriebloveFACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/djValerieBLoveINSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/djvalerieblove/LINKEDIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/dj-valerie-b-love/  (00:30) From positivity to spiritual warfare(03:33) How New Age beliefs hurt her children(05:45) Why New Age practices felt loving but misled(09:06) Kundalini teacher training and early red flags(11:30) A frightening experience after white tantra(14:39) Researching Yogi Bhajan and abuse allegations(19:19) Why she now rejects yoga as spiritual practice(23:08) Sharing the testimony as a warning and invitation(25:20) Closing reflections on humility and returning to GodThe Bible: https://www.biblegateway.com/Doreen Virtue: https://servantsofgrace.org/doreen-virtue/Bob Marley: https://www.bobmarley.com/
