The devil's ivy in my back room is insinuating itself down the shelf on which it's perched and, across the carpet, my Meowzers is snoozing happily atop her refrigerator box and I am here, right where you want me, delivering that handmade weekly content directly to you, my beloved listeners. 

This week's installment of the BNP is Part Four of the series Crafting Sobriety from the Chaos of Alcoholism, where I continue to share the story of my brutalizing addiction to and eventual liberation from the cursed crazymaking bottle.

Interspersed throughout these stories are assorted audio snippets, from foundational childhood experiences to thought provoking conversations overheard at the local laundromat.
