The City of Oakland missed a key deadline earlier this year in its planning for a new A's stadium, making the future of that plan even more complicated. 

And over the weekend, MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred reiterated that he'd waive the relocation fee if the A's decide to move to Las Vegas.
