Voy is a master coach, men's work facilitator, and primarily a catalyst for significant change. He’s been a designer, trainer, sales manager, creative director, and entrepreneur. He’s been around the block. His story began after ending a successful corporate run to find his purpose. 

After multiple business launches and failures, Voy co-founded Modern Renaissance Man, a movement empowering men to express their truth and own their power entirely. Apart from MRM, he also founded Freedom, a high-performing men's program that focuses on leadership, personal freedom, and brotherhood. Voy’s purpose is to inspire men to lead lives of freedom and joy.

In this week's episode, Voy discusses the path that took him from growing up as a boy in Poland to moving to the US as part of an unemotional, disjointed family. He openly discusses his drop into a depression that resulted in him living for months in his parent's basement. This, however, was a blessing as this enabled him to start his development journey. 

This journey led him to dive deeper into his emotions and areas of discomfort that have allowed him to show up as a leader for other men. Voy is an excellent example of how stripping away the outer layers that do not serve a purpose can expose a beautiful inner meaning that results in being of service to himself and other men.
