After hearing the episode, Ann Warren from Holy Cow Beef, had more thoughts to share on the topic, and her story serves as a stark contrast to that of our main character, Ronnie Jimenez. Without the wisdom of people like Ann, our journey into food intelligence wouldn't be complete.

We want you to keep Ann's story in mind as we dive into Ronnie's. Ronnie's journey is one that's relatable across ages and cultures. His story begins in the small town of DeRidder, Louisiana, where his mother had a revelation that God was leading their family west to San Antonio, Texas. This turning point would introduce Ronnie to a more modern life, but also lead to a deterioration in his health. And that's where we'll pick up his story.
