David life hits rock-bottom when he returns from battle to find his family and the families of all of his men have been taken as slaves by their enemies. Everyone blames David, but his response is not one of despair, because David encourages himself in the only One who never fails - his God. Believers today serve the same God and have the same High Priest available to them any time they are in need.
