This is a continuation of our conversation that we begun last week about being rooted and grounded in love, mind, body, soul, and spirit.   Last week we focused on what it means to be rooted and grounded in love in our minds.  This week we'll focus on body, soul, and spirit. 

My guest for these topics is a good friend of mine, Melissa Castaneda.  Melissa is the Amy's Farm Director of Education and Media, she is a Revelation Wellness Coach, and she grew up as a third generation Japanese-American farmer.  She is a beautiful woman inside and out but has lived much of her life in dis-ease because of many labels that were given to her by doctors.

Most importantly, Melissa is a mom who treasures motherhood as you and I do.  She has raised three dear children who are now living high school and young adult life.   It has been a privilege to know and love Melissa and her family and I'm so glad that you get to spend this time with her here.
