During university, I ended up around people that thought and felt the same things as I did. People that had the same interests and aspirations as myself. But I soon realised, it’s always better to be interested in other people. We’ve got two ears and one mouth so that we listen more than we speak.
Showing an interest in other people goes beyond just learning from them. You give someone else the chance to express how they feel and show that you are someone the can listen. In this episode I break down the four key reasons I believe we should always be interested in what others have to say.
