Judy Cho is an author and animal-based nutrition expert, but she hasn't always been a nutritionist. She started out her career working as a consultant for a major consulting firm, working long, hard hours and watching her health deteriorate over time. After experimenting with a vegan diet and plant-based eating, Judy quickly realized her health was moving in the wrong direction. She battled issues with brain fog, memory loss, and chronic fatigue, to the point of depression. After months and months of low energy and poor health, Judy turned to a carnivore diet as a method of last resort and she has not looked back. In our conversation with Judy, we discuss her nutritional journey and touch on some of the major misconceptions with the carnivore diet.
