The fruit of the spirit is something that we're all so familiar with, and have heard so many times, that we may not take it as seriously as we should as Christian moms. As we are raising our children to know, love, and serve the Lord, it is important that we train them to have a Biblical understanding of the fruit of the spirit.
Christie Thomas is with me today to talk about ways we can train children with a Biblical understanding of the fruit of the spirit. Christie and I share a passion for children's ministry as we both spent many years directly serving children in the church. Then, God called us both out of that ministry directly serving children as our own families have grown and has shifted our ministry to serving Christian parents.
Christie helps encourage and equip Christian families through the books that she writes. The book we will be focusing on today is her book, Fruit Full: 100 Family Experiences for Growing in the Fruit of the Spirit.
