Steve Watson is what I would describe as sort of a "unicorn!"    He does not fit into any mold as he is a CFO, HR Director, and a certified Inquiring Mind!  Steve has made it his mission to understand how employee benefits work, are priced, and to help others do the same.  

A little over a year ago, Steve launched the "Trendbreakers" podcast, where he talks to CFOs, HR professionals, and benefit professionals to help take others along on his journey to break the trend of rising costs for health insurance.
