In this heartfelt Episode 4 recorded on May 3, 2026, I sit down at my friend Sandy’s home to explore her seven‑plus‑year journey with spirituality, tarot, energy work, and mediumship—and how surviving a high‑control sobriety subgroup shaped, challenged, and ultimately deepened her personal practice. We talk about sobriety, finding safe community, “growing through joy” (instead of only through pain), and learning to trust your own inner guidance. Sandy shares a powerful grocery‑store mediumship encounter that delivered a healing message to a grieving mother, and then offers me a live reading. Together, we unpack generational patterns, my relationship with my mom, and how forgiveness and self‑trust open new beginnings. We also touch on signs from spirit, being ready to receive, and letting life’s wind guide you toward aligned people and places. If you’re navigating healing, questioning old structures, or curious about tarot and mediumship, this conversation is an invitation to stay open, follow the energy, and notice the confirmations that show up. Sandy’s message is clear: alchemize what you’ve survived, claim your gifts, and keep choosing light, love, and purpose—even when Luna the German Shepherd decides to co‑host.  Check out Sandys website at https://www.sandsofthymetarot.com
