With this base of information, the goal of this video is to help you evaluate your current training and goals and design training according to your level of athleticism, time, and capability. My intent with this podcast was to provide a good mix of education and personal experiences (both mine and others, but mostly others). The education equips you with knowledge to apply, the experiences and personal stories provide motivation and relatability. I believe both are important for successful behavior change.
