I always saw my brain producing depression chemicals as it's way of telling me that something in my life needs to change. Once I saw depression as just another evolutionary survival tool, I decided to listen to those thoughts rather than fight them. Kinda sounds like you might already agree.

you should turn up thev4v talk. this stuff is important. patreon and PayPal have a demonstrable history of censorship / prejudice. ads both suck as part of the listening experience and can certainly sway journalistic endeavors. there is literally nothing left. not to mention there is zero innovation in the traditional podcast space. podcasting 2.0 and v4v is the future ….
