Laura Knights, CEO & Founder of Knights Consulting LLC, grew up as the knot that connected her family together. She also found herself drawn to intrapreneurial roles within organizations before making the decision to step out on her own and formally transition into an entrepreneur. Her collection of diverse experiences led her to recognize her superpower of building communities and ultimately becoming a catalyst for connection. Her story is no where near done but very impressive to see what she's been able to do since our younger days on the campus of WashU.
