I was highly impressed when I met Corey. In a room of men with many years of experience, this young man stood tall and showed us all that true courage looks like. When we think of future leaders and kings, he is one of them.

To decide to face his traumas and past experiences at 23 shows how switched on Corey is. He may not have seen it that way at the time. However, it takes a person with great self-awareness to rock up to a weekend session with 49 other men and openly discuss the challenges he has faced to be at that point.

Post that weekend, he packed up his car and moved to the Sunshine Coast with less than $10 in his bank account, determined to change his life. I have witnessed his journey over the past two years; without sounding condescending, I could not be prouder of him. It is like seeing your son move from being a boy to a man. He now lives with a Mamba Mentality.

In this week's episode, Corey discusses how he landed at Unleash the Beast in 2019, the lead-up to him spending time in rehab (and not it is not what you think), what post-rehab has looked like for him and how he is now integrating being his true self into his everyday life.
