As Humans, we have 6 Human Needs:
Certainty, Variety/Uncertainty, Significance, Love/Connection, Growth and Contribution
We are all unique and shaped by our own life experiences and emotions.
Our deepest needs develop in childhood when our minds can absorb all of the information they can.
We create our world based on our beliefs and values, whether positive or negative.
Depending on which needs we prioritize first, we make decisions based on those needs.
Despite the deep-rooted nature of the 6 human needs, it's important to remember that your past cannot determine your future unless you live in it.
