To wrap things up this week, I decided to do a little bit of research on the ultra successful figures we have come to know, that never got a college degree. 

Some of these folks never even finished high school... and a select few didn't even make it past fourth grade!

Now the point that I want you to get out of this episode is not that school is bad, college is a waste of time, etc. etc. 

You will also notice that a good chunk of these successful college dropouts are just that... dropouts. 

The point I want you to understand, rather, is that your formal education has no direct ties to the level of success you will achieve. 

What matters is what you actually do to impact this world. It depends on how many people you can help, and/or how valuable you are to the world. 

That's why guys that are fully educated with MBAs can find success, but so can guys that never finished high school, or even elementary school.
